At our current Shemesh Farms’ site there are only two small non-septic areas where we grow lavender and rosemary in the ground.  However, we have a sizable plot at our parent organization, Shalom Institute, where we grow rosemary, lavender and sage. The site was created in March 2023 after the plants, which were centerpieces for a retirement party for one of our supporters, were donated to Shemesh Farms.
